The DHI Technique vs Fue, Hair Transplant

DHI uses a special device to fully control the angle, depth and direction of the follicle that is implanted. This results with a completely natural hairline and a natural look.

While the extracted grafts are directly implanted in the donor area in the DHI technique, in the FUE technique, the extracted grafts are placed in a special solution, a channel is opened in the recipient area and the extracted grafts are implanted in these channels. There are no additional canalization phases in DHI.

Because implantation is carried out with a special Implanter without opening the channels, there is no bleeding in DHI.
There is no incrustation, pitting or postulation in DHI.
The maximum number of grafts can be approximately between 4000 – 6000 grafts in a single DHI session, in the case of FUE the number can be a lot less grafts max 3500 - 4000

With the special Implanter in the DHI technique, it is easier and more successful to set an angle and direction.

You don’t need to get shaved in the DHI method, only the donor area is extracted. In the FUE method the whole scalp should be shaved before the operation.

A patient who received the DHI treatment can go on with his or her regular routine and can recover faster than a patient who received FUE Hair Transplant treatment.
